Magnesium Deficiency is epidemic! Just add boiled filtered water and voila!
Magnesium oil is not an oil at all, but a spray. It just so happens that magnesium is better absorbed through our skin, who knew? I have been taking magnesium supplements in pill form for years!
Topically-applied magnesium spray is a great idea, and the best ideal/tool I've researched to combat this type of deficiency and improve your overall health and
wellness. It's also so easy and far less expensive than a ready made bought product.
What is magnesium oil? - again, magnesium oil is not an oil, but if you look it up, that's what they call it! It’s simply called magnesium “oil” because of the oily feel of magnesium chloride suspended in water.
Note: this is not the same magnesium found in Epsom salt. Epsom salts are made of magnesium sulfate. Magnesium chloride is better suited for transdermal (through the skin) absorption.
Why are most of us magnesium deficient?
It simple really, magnesium was in our soil and water supplies, and with modern living, we’ve depleted our soil and most of us no longer drink well water with naturally occurring trace minerals.
How to get Magnesium?
-Food: magnesium-rich foods like nuts, grains, and seeds
-Pill/ supplements
-Spray Magnesium Oil on skin and rub it in

How to Apply Magnesium Oil
may experience a tingling sensation, which is normal. It will fade after 10-20 minutes,
and after a while this sensation will stop. It is recommended to start with 6 squirts
a day, build up until your stool loosens, then reduce. This is the best indication of too much
magnesium, but don't worry, we don't store it in our bodies, so overdose or toxicity is not possible. Just reduce the amount to fit your individual needs!
